Our ATOM family of embedded OTP memory delivers unmatched performance – the smallest bit cell, low power and high reliability – and high density.

It is ideally suited for cutting edge metal gate and fin-FET CMOS as well as silicon gate CMOS. ATOM (Antifuse Transistorless OTP Memory) uses gate dielectric breakdown for programming.

Its bit cell brings a transformative change to the conventional One-Transistor-One-Capacitor (1T1C) bit cell.

Cross-Point Switch Array Architecture

With cross-point switch array architecture, ATOM can deliver memory densities from under 1K bits to multi mega bits for wide ranging OTP memory applications. ATOM is fully compatible with foundry CMOS process and does not require additional processing steps.
